BREAST FEEDING - FACTS
Breast Milk meets the needs of the baby perfectly and is digested easily. There's no substitute for the colostrum that your breasts produce in the first few days, and feeding your baby will provide him with the valuable antibodies to help fight infection in the early months. Traveling is easier if you breast feed : there's no bottle to warm, and also no danger of storing the made up formula at too high a temperature. Feeding times are relaxing, calm and deeply contenting for both the mother and the baby. Whichever method of feeding you opt for, remember that your love, cuddling and attention are all just as important to your baby as the milk you give them.
